Today we set our sights on rejuvenating your eyes. We’ll activate the Vagus nerve to help regulate emotions and introduce the Tambour technique to relax your eyes. By stimulating the lymphatic system, we’ll reduce puffiness and bid farewell to those dark circles, restoring the cat-eye look you desire. We’ll also oxygenate the eyes for that captivating brightness.
Today’s focus: those pesky crow’s feet. Through the power of acupressure, intentional breathing, and gentle pumping, we’ll smooth away those fine lines. Our Pranayama breathing technique will work its magic to depuff, while using your fingers to lift the eyes. Additionally, we’ll target the crow’s feet area with a gentle pinch and release to dissolve any lingering tensions. Get ready to say goodbye to crow’s feet and hello to a more youthful appearance!
