The BOVISAJ Method

Three pillars, one quiet practice.

BOVISAJ brings together face fitness, breathwork and emotional awareness. Each pillar can be practised on its own; together they form a ritual that cares for the face, the nervous system and the way you speak to yourself.

Pillar one

Gestuelle — the language of touch.

Face fitness, massage and acupressure to awaken circulation, release tension and reconnect with your natural expression.

Gentle, precise movements work with the muscles and fascia of the face, neck and scalp. Practised regularly, they help the face feel lighter and more toned — and teach you to notice where you hold tension.

  • Acupressure points for release

Pillar two

Respiration — space from within.

Breathwork and presence practices to regulate, soften and create space from within.

The breath is the bridge between body and emotion. Short guided practices help calm the nervous system, release the jaw and brow, and bring a natural softness back to the face.

  • Calming and energising breath
  • Releasing the jaw, brow and shoulders
  • Short practices for everyday moments

Pillar three

Affirmation — a kinder way of seeing yourself.

Mindfulness and emotional awareness to nurture a kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself.

What we feel shows on our faces. Through mindful reflection, intention setting and spoken affirmations, the practice invites you to meet yourself with more patience — and to let confidence come from within.

How it comes together

A ritual in four moments.

Every BOVISAJ practice follows the same gentle arc, whether you have ten minutes at home or a full day of retreat.

  1. 01

    Arrive

A few conscious breaths to settle the body and soften the face.

  2. 02

    Awaken

Movement, touch and acupressure to bring circulation and tone.

  3. 03

    Release

Breath and stillness to let go of the tension you no longer need.

  4. 04

    Affirm

An intention to carry with you into the rest of your day.
